Tusker helped AXA XL bring its new Scottsdale office online with a consistent AV experience across meeting and training rooms. Before arriving onsite, the team built, tested, and programmed each system in advance, reducing risk and shortening installation time. As construction delays shifted room availability, equipment was pre-kitted and organized so crews could move quickly whenever a space opened. Weekly coordination with the general contractor kept everyone aligned on power, network, and room readiness. For the final stretch, Tusker added an onsite project manager to steady communication between trades and IT. Training-room racks and collaboration systems arrived already validated, and Microsoft Teams resource accounts were preconfigured so rooms were ready the moment employees moved in.
