Rod Kahl

Director of Cybersecurity

As Tusker’s Director of Cybersecurity, Rod Kahl leads the work that helps customers reduce risk and protect their most important systems. With experience across areas like endpoint protection, cloud security, and vulnerability management, Rod brings a thoughtful, grounded approach to safeguarding each environment. A CISSP-certified leader, he works closely with teams and partners to ensure customers have the confidence and protection they need in a fast-changing threat landscape.

John Irey

Vice President of Unified Communications and Connectivity

John Irey leads Unified Communications at Tusker with more than two decades of experience guiding customers through the full lifecycle of collaboration solutions. He supports everything from UCaaS and CCaaS deployments to the management of legacy systems, all while helping organizations build practical roadmaps for the future. John is known for making communication technology easier to understand and easier to use—ensuring every solution strengthens teamwork, reliability, and long-term flexibility.

With more than 20 years of experience across telecommunications, IT, and security, Matt Cox supports Tusker customers as both ISO and Cybersecurity Consultant. Known for his calm leadership and critical thinking, Matt focuses on solutions that protect the business while supporting real-world operations. Director of Managed Services

Linda Dobinson leads Tusker’s Managed Services team with a calm, disciplined approach. She brings years of experience across IT strategy, data centers, SaaS, troubleshooting, and process improvement. With a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from the University of Minnesota–Duluth, she pairs technical understanding with strong operational judgment.
